Our Spotlight Collector

Carol Johnson Carol Johnson, a Kindergarten teacher from AR enjoys sharing her Snoopys even on the Road. David Socher masterfully designed a Tire Cover to match Carol's Snoopy jacket. He had to take an emblem off a Denim jacket. He used a stitch-ripper to remove the applique from the jacket and paid a local upholstery shop to sew it onto the tire cover. David was lucky to get a blank tire cover (no factory emblems or insignia) when he bought the car. Carol said the only thing better than having Snoopy on the car is riding around in a matching jacket. The Peanuts characters have decorated her classroom for the past 20 years. She has amassed quite a collection in that time. The display case in 2nd image is part of a school activity called "Hundreds Day." On that day each kindergartener brings a collection of 100 items. Ms Johnson participates by displaying 100 Peanuts items in the case at the end of the hall. This display is from 2000. Ms. Johnson has since discovered she celebrate "Hundreds Day" even if she limits her character choice to just Snoopy figures. What Snoopy talented friends we have for all of us to appreciate and enjoy. Snoopy congrats to David and Carol, a true Snoopy Lover!!
